The Acty runs a de Dion rear axle with MacPherson struts at the front, a more considered arrangement than the plain leaf-sprung beam most of the class used. Honda's Real Time 4WD used a viscous coupling from 1988 onward, and the Attack farming grade added ultra-low and ultra-low-reverse creeper gears on top of it.
