How It Works
From Order To Driveway
You do not arrange anything with a carrier. We coordinate pickup, transport and drop-off, and keep you posted along the way. Four stages, and the only one that needs anything from you is the first.

You order
Reserve online with a $500 deposit per vehicle, or pay in full — vehicles plus $350 delivery each. Either way the vehicle comes off the market at that point. You give us the delivery address at checkout.
- 02
We inspect it and prepare the paperwork
The vehicle is inspected before it goes anywhere — every vehicle we ship is. We then put together your bill of sale and the ownership and import documents that belong to the vehicle, and confirm the delivery address and contact number with you. If you paid a deposit, this is when we arrange the balance.
- 03
Dispatch
The vehicle is collected by one of our delivery partners and loaded on its own trailer. Dispatch is the point the clock starts — the one-to-three-day window is measured from here, not from the day you ordered.

Door delivery
The truck is unloaded at your address. Be reachable by phone that day, and make sure there is somewhere on or near your property a car hauler can stop and put the ramps down.
What The $350 Covers
Delivery is the part of this purchase with the fewest surprises in it, so it is worth being blunt about where the line sits.
Included
- Transport from us to your delivery address, anywhere in the 50 states.
- One vehicle per $350 — each one travels on its own trailer.
- Door-to-door handling. You do not book a carrier or arrange a terminal drop.
- Coordination of pickup, transport and drop-off, and the import and title documents that belong to the vehicle.
- A pre-shipping inspection. Every vehicle is inspected before it is loaded.
Not included
- State taxes, title fees and registration fees. Those are the buyer’s responsibility and we neither collect nor estimate them.
- Titling and registration themselves — those happen in your state, in your name, after the vehicle arrives.
- A guaranteed delivery date. One to three days after dispatch is what we see; our terms treat it as an estimate.
- Lending of any kind. We sell for payment in full — card or bank transfer.
Getting Delivery Right
A kei truck is small, but the vehicle bringing it is not. The trailer needs a stretch of road or driveway where it can stop, and clear headroom to lower the ramps. Narrow lanes, low branches, tight cul-de-sacs, gated communities with a height limit and steep unpaved driveways are all workable if we know in advance — and all awkward if we find out on the day.
Checkout has an "Anything we should know?" box for exactly this. Use it. If your street is a problem, say so there and we will work out what is possible with you before the truck is loaded.
Ordering more than one
Each vehicle travels on its own trailer, so the fee is per vehicle and not per order: two trucks is $700, three is $1,050. They will not necessarily arrive on the same day. If they need to, tell us before you order and we will work out what is possible.
Deposit or pay in full
A $500 deposit per vehicle takes it off the market and we contact you to arrange the balance and delivery. Paying in full at checkout — vehicles plus $350 each — skips that step. Card payments run through Stripe's hosted checkout, so your card details never reach us; a bank transfer holds the vehicle for five days while the funds clear. We sell for payment in full.
Checking on your order
You can look your order up at any time at /order/success/ using the email address you used at checkout. It shows the delivery address on file and what the next step is. If you paid by bank transfer, your payment details and reference are at /order/transfer/ behind the same lookup.
After it arrives
The truck arrives on a trailer, with the documents that belong to it. What you can do with it on public roads afterwards is decided by your state, not by us — titling and registration requirements for imported vehicles vary, and confirming them with your local titling agency is the buyer's responsibility.
