Japanese enthusiasts call the Acty 農道のNSX — "the NSX of the farm roads" — because it was the only mid-engined kei truck, in the same layout as Honda's supercar. Honda aimed the Acty at agriculture and forestry — its "Attack" grade was explicitly a farming model, with creeper gears and a rear differential lock as standard. Most Actys left the factory in plain white for the Japanese trade market; Green is what this one carries now. The Acty runs a de Dion rear axle with MacPherson struts at the front, a more considered arrangement than the plain leaf-sprung beam most of the class used.
